Shipping policy
Domestic Orders:
All orders are processed and shipped within 2-7 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, order processing may be delayed by a few days.
International Orders:
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping currently.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rebound Recovery uses USPS for all shipments and the speed of delivery will be determined by the shipping option selected at the checkout by the customer. Shipping speed cannot be changed or adjusted after orders have been placed and queued for processing. Delivery date at checkout is only an estimation and can vary depending on the season and current volume at the carrier (USPS).
Once an order has been processed and dropped at USPS Rebound Recovery has no control over the status or timing of delivery. Please contact the selected delivery company directly for information on the package location.
All orders over $70 receive Free standard shipping.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please contact us if you do not receive confirmation within 4 days of placing an order. Email us at support@rebound-recovery.com
Damages
Rebound Recovery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier (USPS) to file a claim. Please also email us within 48 hours of delivery directly at support@rebound-recovery.com. Please include order #, detailed description, and photographs of all packaging materials and products received in your email. Rebound Recovery addresses these issues on a case-by-case basis, but we will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
